Random Facts about my Kitchen and Dining Room.
~
My kitchen is wood at the bottom and flowered wallpaper at the top.
The counter-tops are a mauve pink. I have wood cabinets.
It is nice and roomy. The one thing I like about my dining room is the spacious
cabinets and a mauve pink countertop. I have 3 daughters, so there is usually four women in the kitchen. Our dining room is also our school room. Here is a view of some of my things.

This is displaying my china teacups and suacers.
This is a picture of my teacups and saucers that my Mom got when she got married. 44 years ago. She gave them to me a number of years ago.
Here are a couple of pictures that are in my dining room.
My Thomas Kinkade teapot.

If We Could See Beyond Today
~
If we could see beyond today
As God can see,
If all the clouds should roll away,
The shadows flee;
O'er present griefs we would not fret,
Each sorrow we would soon forget,
For many joys are waiting yet
For you and me.
If we could know beyond today
As God doth know
Why dearest treasures pass away,
And tears must flow,
And why the darkness leads to light,
Why dreary days will soon grow bright,
Some day life's wrongs will be make right;
Faith tells us so.
If we could see, if we could know,
We often say,
But God in love veil doth throw
across our way;
We can not see what lies before,
And so we cling to Him the more,
He leads us till this life is o'er,
Trust and Obey!

Thou Art Mine
~
When Thou passest thru the waters,
Thou art Mine!
They shall never overflow thee,
Thou art Mine!
Tho thou walkest in the fire,
And it seeketh to devour
Thou art precious in My sight, child,
Thou art Mine!
~
Everyone that's called by My name,
They are Mine!
They're created for My glory,
They are Mine!
I have chosen them to serve
And My holy name preserve.
They are precious in My sight, yes,
They are Mine!
~
I will do a new thing for them
That are Mine!
In the desert send them waters,
That are Mine!
Fear not then, for I am there,
And they path, 'twas planned with care,
For I love them, Oh, I love them
That are Mine!

We had a power outage last night. It started about 5:45 p.m. and came back on around 11:57 p.m. I was baking a cake, because we were going to Allen's parents' home. Thankfully, the cake was almost completely finished when the power went out so it was okay. We went to Allen's parents' home, we drank coffee and had cake. The girls rode the golfcart. (They always enjoy riding their Mamaw's golfcart :) When we came home the power was still off. So we had to light these candles you see in the picture. It came on around 11:57 p.m. We were glad to see it.
